The villa is particularly suitable for two families, thanks to its spacious single-level layout and flexible sleeping arrangements. One side of the property features a large king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with a king-size sofa bed. Upon request, the bedrooms can be arranged with two single beds, providing additional flexibility for families and groups.
The other side of the villa includes a king-size bedroom, which can also be arranged as two single beds if required, a second living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a convenient kitchenette. This layout offers privacy and independence while allowing everyone to enjoy the shared spaces of the villa.
The villa is also ideally located for discovering the traditional villages, beaches and harbour towns of Paxos. Just a 10–15 minute walk away is Magazia, where you will find traditional tavernas, cafés and a small supermarket, making it convenient for everyday essentials and enjoying local food.
From the villa, you can also walk to Loggos, a charming traditional harbour village, via a picturesque donkey track. Loggos is known for its beautiful waterfront, restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarket and nearby beach, making it a wonderful destination for a relaxing day or evening out.
Lakka is approximately a 20-minute walk away and offers a variety of tavernas, cafés, small shops and a supermarket, as well as several beautiful beaches accessible from the harbour. For exploring Gaios, the main town of Paxos, travelling by car or taxi is recommended.
