The villa accommodates guests across two levels and features comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped living spaces and several outdoor areas designed for relaxation and dining.
On the first floor, there is one master double bedroom with a private bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and one shared bathroom.
The first ground-floor level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area and a guest WC. This level opens onto a large private terrace with an 8 x 4 m private swimming pool with salt chlorination and a depth of 0.9–1.5 m. The outdoor area also features sun loungers, umbrellas, a BBQ, a dining table under a pergola with an outdoor fan, a sun tent and a coffee table with chairs, providing everything needed for enjoyable summer days and evenings outdoors.
On the second ground-floor level, guests will find one bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, a private bathroom and a veranda furnished with a coffee table and chairs.
