Spread across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and access to a balcony or terrace, providing guests with space, comfort and privacy throughout their stay.
The upper floor features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a ceiling fan and large balcony doors opening onto the terrace and private pool area. The double bedroom is located a few steps above the main living space and opens onto a private balcony. It also features an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Stairs from the kitchen lead down to a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. Large doors open onto a spacious private balcony overlooking the garden and offering beautiful views towards the sea.
On the lower floor, beneath the pool area, there is a second air-conditioned twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own private terrace leading into a charming garden filled with bougainvillea, cypress trees and local Mediterranean flowers, with views towards Kipos Beach.
One of the highlights of Villa Angouletta is its private infinity swimming pool, measuring approximately 7m x 6m, with a depth ranging from 0.80m in the shallow end to 1.80m in the deep end. The pool area features sunbeds, a poolside dining area and a BBQ, creating an inviting outdoor space for relaxing, dining and enjoying long summer days in Paxos.
